All personnel are covered under the Andhra Pradesh Establishment Act. No.10/5899/87. They perform eight hours duty in a day for six days in a week and observe seventh day as weekly off which will be paid by the concerned organization.
We reserve the right to change or replace any of our personnel posted at the premises at any time. In case of any complaints against our personnel posted, the same may be informed to us in writing.
By providing fair and decent wages, pay terms and conditions of employment we keep our entire work force happy which in turn keep you secured and satisfied. Wages for the National Holidays and other Holidays declared by the Government have to be borne by the concerned organization and payment has to be made as per the bills.
We will be responsible for complying with all the provisions of the Provident Fund Act and Employee State Insurance Corporation Act.
For smooth functioning and efficient Management, shift supervisors and Executives are posted in the Respective Organizations. We also conduct surprise checks round the clock regularly to ensure Excellent Performance.
Shift Supervisors and Inspectors will be provided with Appropriate uniforms to identify themselves in the organization where they are posted.
Contract Agreement is for a period of One Year from the date of deployment of our personnel. The contract can be terminated by giving one month’s notice or extended for further period on mutual agreement.
We will be in position to deploy our personnel at locations proposed by you within 30 days subject to your firm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.
50% Advance for Fabrication work after the confirmation of Work Order. After the completion of 50% of work 25% of the work order amount should be released. After the completion 75% of work 15% of the work order amount should be released. After the completion of 100% work remaining 10% work order amount should be released.
